How Can Body Odor Be Treated?

I had surgery of a fractured proximal humerus June 2016. a second surgery in November 2016 to inject artificial bone graft and bone stimulator. Since then I have a terrible body odor just under that arm despite applications of deodorant and have tried several.

The body odor does not sound to be relevant with the surgery of bone graft.

The possible cause such as disturbances in the sweat glands activity via endocrine disturbances has to be figured out herewith ahead.
