How Can Body Fat Be Reduced?

I would like to lose 10-15 pounds safely. I presently eat healthy breakfast (eggs, cereal, or oatmeal with fruit), lunch (salads with protein either turkey, chicken or fish), mid-afternoon snack (nuts or cottage cheese and fruit) and dinner (protein and veges, but sometimes pasta or pizza or burgers) I walk 1-2 miles each morning, swim, and sometime bike ride and as well exercise for half hour to one hour in home. I stopped eatlng after dinner a week ago, but no pounds lost so far.

You must keep same diet chart but reduce every meal to half of that you are taking now.
Also include the dinner too, weight reduction needs many small small meals but in too little quantity. Avoid burger and pizza take fruits at their place.
If you take small meals many times it will increase your basic metabolic rate and you will reduce much of your calories. One egg yolk is equal to your one mile of walking. Keep this in mind while having yellow of egg.
