I would like to lose 10-15 pounds safely. I presently eat healthy breakfast (eggs, cereal, or oatmeal with fruit), lunch (salads with protein either turkey, chicken or fish), mid-afternoon snack (nuts or cottage cheese and fruit) and dinner (protein and veges, but sometimes pasta or pizza or burgers) I walk 1-2 miles each morning, swim, and sometime bike ride and as well exercise for half hour to one hour in home. I stopped eatlng after dinner a week ago, but no pounds lost so far.
