How Can Blood Sugar Levels Be Kept Under Control?

my blood sugar was 116 this morning-ate eggs bacon, toast for breakfast. had apple and swiss cheeses for a snack and 1 hour later tested. now is 113. I take 34 insulin shots at night. Dr wants less than 150. ithink this is getting to low. should I skip this evening?

I think there is nothing wrong with your food, no exaggeration. You have to adopt yourself the Insulin intake. You can help yourself by increasing physical activity.
