How Can Blood Pressure Levels Be Kept Under Control?
Yes, I m now taking blood pressure med. The med seem to work so what I m taking lisinprol now. do you have any advice?

Blood pressure treatment nweds readimgs at three different times of a day..by a physician. Blood pressure medication is then decided by a physician....optimum dose to be determined after observations at different times by trial & error.
Regular monthly bp record needs to be maintained
Low salt diet, reduction of overweight ,exercises,sound sleep,stress management are helping factors in treatment of blood pressure.
