How Can Bloating Due To Allergy Of Enzymes Be Avoided?
I seem to be allergic to enzymes. Don't know why. It could be the barley used , malt, or something else. Right now I am taking Papaya enzymes and while good for my digestion, they make me look bloated. any advice as to how I can get enzymes that I am not allergic to.

Hi, see bloating means fullness and tightness of abdomen and some times pain.
The possible causes are due to eating too much,lactose intolerance, food allergy, irritable bowel syndrome, gas forming substances etc.so if u think that your papaya enzymes are causing this then avoid them.
The best way to combat allergy is to avoid it although there are good medicines available in market.
