General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

After hemorrhoidectomy, the bleeding may be possible due to the friction of healing tissues or fissure.

In our clinic, thorough clinical examination, high fiber diet, sitz bath, medicines affecting micro blood vessels, dietary measures are the preferred the line of control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
