How Can Bipolar Disorder And Anxiety Be Treated?
I am 65 and have recently been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type 2. I have mild diabetes, blood pressure and cholostrol problems. I also have been prone to feeling very hot even after menopause. Which is the best medication for Bipolar Type 2 when anxiety is the primary Symptom.

In bipolar mood disorder mania and depression is associated
So careful history should be taken to rule out bipolar mood disorder... Expertization needed to rule out it....
If bipolar mood disorder confirmed then atypical antipsychotic like Risperidone started...
(lithium also one of the drug)
If depression associated with it then low dose sertraline can started
Behavioural therapy and counseling beneficial
Take care
Provide your BP level, cholesterol value, sugar value for giving more comment
