How Can Autism Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, My son is just over two years and has been diagnosed as suffering from Autism. We are ready to start with his therapy sessions however not sure if we should take him to CMC vellore where I have heard good things however being a govt hospital the amount of patients there are huge so we are not so sure if the doctors or the MDT will be able to devote as much time as required in the treatment or should we take him to a private institution where there is 3:1 ratio of kids and is specific for children suffering from Autism
