How Can Autism Be Treated?

I m from Bangladesh. My son is 6 years old. He was three when he was diagnosed with autism/ASD level 2 at Dhaka Children s Hospital. Now he is 6 years old. He does not speak; he only says a few words very rarely. he is hyper and makes a lot of meaningless sounds. Do you have any tratement for him?

Good day and thank you for posting this question. I will suggest you see a Child Psychiatrist, they are best in recommending medications for children with Autism.
