How Can Atrial Fibrillation Be Treated?

I have atrial fib which has been controlled until 4 days ago. For the last 4 days I have had pretty consistent episodes of an irregular rhythm, especially when I lay down to sleep. And I have a general feeling of just not being uncomfortable in my skin. I don t know how else to describe. Concerned about whether I need to go to the er or can wait to see my doctor?
