How Can Atopic Dermatitis Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis and have had it since the end of August... I am not improved and I also have something in my hair as when, I brush it little black speaks fall out. I have done lice treatment and checked for lice and do not have them. I traveled to Florida right before this started and feel I picked up something there... What are your thoughts please...

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-use of topical steroids to reduce inflammation and itching.
-Oral antihistamines may be helpful
--Use prescribed corticosteroids if you don't get better.
