How Can Asthma And Eczema Be Treated?

My son has asthma and eczema. He had a splinter that was infected before dr removed it. Since splinter he developed a rash. Initially warm to touch. Was given cream as of it were poison oak. Occasionally the warm red spot is small spots with thin vertical lines coming off it. He s had several bouts of strep over past year and 2.5 weeks ago received 1/2 dose adult pneumonia vaccine. 1 week after shot treated for double pneumonia. Just finished 14 days of levaquin. He continues to have rash flare up but all blood work is normal. Upon splinter removal last November he was treated with clindamycin and had a severe allergic reaction with rash. Am I missing something or being overly paranoid?
