I have very bad artjritis if the spine and hip and shoulders a has surgry on shoulders and neck never got a name for the condition, I do remember my mom wraping my neck with bengay and towels for years 6 to ten years old also had peeling of the feet and scaly skin from the knew down which she wraped in plastic with cream
