How Can Arthritis In The Right Knee Be Treated?

I had a fusion 2 months ago on my left ankle. But have been suffering with the arthritis in my right knee, and have had injection of cortisone & then they tried some sort of Gel injections 1 weekly for 5 weeks & several times had to remove fluid. Now he says we wait a month, no improvement we have decide what to do. Well its been 6 weeks & its worst very painful. what are my choices from here?

*you should tapper of pain and inflammation using anti inflammation drugs such advil, naproxen, hydrocodone
*corticosteroids may be used orally
*infections of hyaluronic acid and corticosteroids in the joint
* microosteotomy procedure to cut small protruding osificated particles in joint
*knee replacement
