How Can Arthritis In The Knees Be Treated?

I am interested in learning about non-surgical (replacement) options for injured, arthritic knees. I don t want to do steroid injections. Maybe hyaluronic acid injections could be a solution. Is there a procedure on the market for just replacing the cushion? Sounds too simple, eh?

Hello,

Yes, there are many arthroscopic surgeries which replace cushion and or inject hyaluronic acid to it for smoother lubrication of the joint movement of the knee. You need to ask specific questions about it and get the proper treatment.

As this treatment would be given by orthopedic only so you need to go them only. You could have put the direct query to any orthopedic here.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
