Yes I am 63 years of age and my daily routine of taking care of a ill parent. My father suffers from parkinson s disease along with lung cancer. He is extremely dependent on me. While I struggle with High Blood pressure, and diabetes my health is not the best either. My question is how to handle a parent who is suffering from depression, loss of independence, and wife. He makes me cook special foods but don t eat it, he calls my name hundreds of time a day but don t know what he wants. This has been constant for the past 10 years. Now Im beginning to have headaches, anxiety, and I m heading to start drinking alcohol to calm me down. whats the best meds to ask the doctor to give me for anxiety.
