How Can Anxiety And Panic Attacks Be Treated?

I am flying tomorrow and I have anxiety or panic issues. I currently take januvia and metformin for diabetes in the morning and also atorvastatin in the morning and bystolic at night for blood pressure. I have some Alprazolem ER 2 mg. If I take half a pill, will it interact with my other meds and what would be the best time to take it? My flight leaves at 7pm.thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that alprazolam will not react with your other medicines. The best time to take it half an hour before your flight as it will make you drowsy. But it is advisable that alprazolam be taken under a physician s guidance only as it is habit forming. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
