my granddaughter who just turned 16 haspeoblems she is a straight a studeb-nt but does not have any friends very anti social her mother is from europe and says nothing is wrong my so , born here has taken her t0 different drs. but no answers now he is taking her to the university of minn but the the costis almost 400 dollars an how what can he do
