How Can Ankle Pain Caused By An Injury Be Treated?
Rolled over on my ankle at weekend. Tonight at gym I dropped a small weight on same ankle it still hurts. I ve put a bandage on it now but when I try to walk it feels like it s giving way on me. Can t see any swelling there is bruising though Don t want to go to doctor and waste time if don t need to.

1)Do RICE[REST,ICE,COMPRESSION,ELEVATION]
2)You can take any painkiller NSAID for two days
Wait and observe and use compression for at least one month to heal
