How Can Androgenic Alopecia Be Treated?

Hello sir my age is 27 and I am suffering from androgenic alopecia recently I had four sessions of PRP treatment. And my Dermatologist suggest me to take a adgain capsules and finasteride 1MG with minoxidil 5% after 2 months I saw some good results and a minor hair growth. somehow I couldn t continue my medicines for one and a half months. Now again I have started my medicines and it s been 2 months now and my hairs are in the worst condition and shredded continuously. So please guide me do I need to have more PRP sessions I should stuck to these medicines. thank you

As a first line of management you can try minoxidil ointment and if the baldness persists, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
