dear Dr. Ive been an Apthous ulcer patient for the last four years.i am 69yrs. old case of arthritis Osteo .Ihad a flare up attack on my finger for whihc i had taken a course of antibiotics. but my throat ulcer the size of a one rupee coin did not subside.it was just above the tonsillar fossa.on the right side covered with sluff.i take rebagen usually but this time this had no effect .I visited an ENT Dr. who prescribed neksium and provodac.. bd. but ifforgot to ask him when to take the providac capsule before or after a meal .please advise ..the ulcer disappeared within two days..thanking you in anticipation ...mini
