How Can An Ovarian Cyst Be Treated?

Hello My 29 year old daughter, never pregnant, has a large complex cyst wrapped around her left ovary. In fact the ovary is not visible at all on ultrasound. It also seems to have some blood in it. She is have a lot of pain and is getting married in three months. Our feeling is we should not wait to remove it but she is afraid of losing an ovary as she wants to have children. thanks
