How Can An Oozing Lump Above The Buttock Be Treated?

I am 18, 5' 6'', and 170 lbs. I have a skin colored bump right above my buttocks. More recently, however, part of the bump turned red and has begun leaking a bloody pus. It will sometimes heal up and the bump will appear to shrink. But eventually it will regrow to normal size and continue to leak bloody pus. Any insight on the matter would be most appreciated.
