How Can An Insect Bite On The Hand Be Treated?
My niece has a bite on her hand first day looked like a mozzie bite second day looked like a burn so we put savlon on it and covered it 2 days later and it s half her hand it s getting bigger and bigger. Her mum doesn t seemed concerned but I am should she be seen by a doctor. I have pictures but it s not letting me add them to this

kindly answer my questions
1) are there any episodes of fainting or breathing difficulty? if yes then rush to a hospital.
2)high FEVER may idicate infection and need for antibiotics?
is there itching or pus discharge from the wound.
use fexofenadine 120 mg once daily ( not for children)
