How Can An Infected Wound On The Penis Be Treated?

I have a wound on my penis, on the glans . I have already consult with a doctor & he prescribed me following medicine 1.Doxy 1L 2.Zeeg 3.metrogel 4.fucidin cream I have not done any sexual activities previously. Every time I apply the cream after some times a white coating is created and when I try to clean it a clean liquid is discharged from the wound it seems the wound is not healing. Please advise should I leave the wound open(pulling back the foreskin) or not. My doctor is out of station & I need your advice on it.

Also pull back the foreskin and keep the wound open allowing it to heal. Wear loose fitting undergarments. Avoid sexual activities till the wound heals completely.
