Hi,Welcome to Healthcare Magic! You can treat a sebaceous cyst with the help of incision and drainage of the cyst as well as a prescription for antibiotics based on the culture of the organism that is infecting the cyst(sample should be sent). The cyst is incised and drained and followed by treatment with antibiotics when the infection subsides and pus stops forming.

My recommendation would be to excise the cyst (removal of cyst) so that this problem does not repeat( chance of recurring if not excised) and this is a basic procedure which will benefit you greatly. I have both seen patients with this condition and have been treated for it as well by excision.
Stay Healthy!
Yours truly,
Dr. Ankit Gopinath
