How Can An Infected Mole Be Treated?

OK I have circle with black center. I poked it open and saw a(black tube like thing). Also when I was poking, it popped loud with a gush of blood. I got some plyers and pulled as hard as I could, but it wouldn t come out. Went to dermatologist for other issue but showed mark. She said it was a mole

Since your dermatologist saw it and I believe it is an infected mole you can use an antibiotic ointment to treat it.
In our clinic we use fusidic acid ointment successfully or gentamicine ointment.
