good afternoon sir.. recently i become a slatepencil adictor. I love eating slatepencils.. when my mood was upset then i prefer to eat slatepenciles. After eating them i feel some kind relief. Eventhough i know that it is a harmful habbit. but i cnt able to stop this habbit. plz suggest something me sir

itis habit disorder and psychological problem. consult clinical psychologist for counseling.you have tobe mentally strong overcome this problem.
