Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please check for eardrum for perforation is there or not ear wall trauma or not. Avoid water entry into ears, and keep away sharp objects and ear buds from the baby. Consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
