General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
Please see that Motazol is veterinary prescription. And drug concentration are different for human and animals. I do not advise its use. When insects breed in any body part, these produce maggots and its very painful condition.
Insects that hover over your head may be attracted to smell of ear discharge. Please don't self-medicate. Consult an ENT specialist .
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
