How Can An Abdominal Blockage Be Treated?

My 89 year old aunt was recently informed that she has a blockage in her abdomen. A pipe was put in here nose down to the stomach and large amounts of bile was extracted however all of it is too hard to dislodge. She also has a hernia. She hasn t been able to eat for several days has lost quite a bit of weight. She is going to be transferred to a Cleveland hospital tomorrow for further medical care. We know that this is a crucial situation but what other suggestions could you recommend to help the block in her abdomen?
