How Can Allergic Skin Rashes On The Hands And Feet Be Treated?

I have lisinopril hctz 10 12,5mg FOR treat my high pressure.I take them 3 days. And my fourfh day i have allergies like rash skin the hands and feet. I have puls for 1 min. 109. My 3 days. Was my blood pressure sys113. To 66. Puls 73. Today is 116. 77 104. I have heartburn too. My heart beating fast. What should i do

Skin rashes have been described among the side effects of lisinopril-Hct.I will advise you report to your Doctor for evaluation.If your Doctor confirms you are allergic to this drug, a change of anti-hypertensive will be considered as the best treatment to allergy is to avoid the allergen(what is causing it).
