How Can Allergic Cold Be Treated?

Hello, I started sneezing and having a runny nose two days ago. I thought maybe it s allergies so I purchased Loratadine 10mg/24 hr. It s not helping so now I want to purchase a cold remedy. Please tell me what cold medicine can be taken with Loratadine.

avoid allergen. can gofor allergy test and avoid such allergen. it can be food drink or cosmatic and pollen in air.take tablet levocetrizine 5mg in morning. apply nasibion nasal drop.
