General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Adrenal fatigue follows long-standing street or illness.

It can be managed by self-care in form of taking diet with low carbohydrates, junk food, caffeine.

Nutritional or medicinal supplements of B5, B6, B12 & magnesium along with relief from illness or stress and help in improving adrenal function.

In case blood testing shows low adrenal hormone... it needs hormone supplement. Please consult an endocrinologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
