Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

First, stop giving milk, chocolates and biscuits.

Give him daily 2 liters of water, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Avoid starchy vegetables.
Make him wake up daily and walk for half hour.
He should sit in a toilet to pass stool.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasanna Lakshmi, Pediatrician
