How Can Acne Scars On Face Be Reduced?

Hi sir, I have been suggested to use acne moist in the morning and basiron with cetaphil in the night. Request you to suggest can I use faclien a gel then acne moist application to reduce my acne scars. Also there is deep acne scar in my face which is there for 4 years now which doesn t goes off,had taken laser treatement too and its not going off,pls suggest what can be done for that
