Hello,

As per your query you have acne on the face which are very common and occurs due to the onset of puberty, hormonal changes and when pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum and dead skin. You are already taking remedies and not get benefited. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day. Keep your face covered while going outside to avoid pollution. You should use Isotretinoin on daily basis and wash face with clindamycin gel. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult a dermatologist. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
