Hello,
Hope you are doing good.
Acne is a very common problem that all of us come across.

First of all Dettol shouldnever be used in it's concentrated form. It will turn out to be very harsh to the skin. Which is why you got the spots. Moreover, it is not much of use in case of acne.

Try using Cetaphil face wash or any baby wash wash which is mild to your skin.
Don't use many cosmetic and over the counter creams. Keep your skin clean and drink lots of water. This will help flush out the toxins from your body.
If there is pus in the pimples you can apply any cream that has clindamycin at night (if you are not allergic to it).

I hope this helps. Take care
