General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
• Gentle cleansing with warm water and a mild soap, such as Dove or Cetaphil
• Applying benzoyl peroxide
• Applying salicylic acid

If these treatments do not work, you may want to see your doctor. Your doctor can give you a prescription for stronger lotions or creams. You may try an antibiotic lotion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
