I m experiencing severe heartburn..I had food poisoning w/ vomiting (mostly liquid/bile) & some diarrhea yesterday morning on & off for about 5 hours. I m probably dehydrated also. Took in small amounts of water & coconut water when finally able to keep it down, then did BRAT diet of 1/2 banana, rice cakes, applesauce. Got heartburn feeling after eating & experienced it throughout night. What would be best thing to do for heart burn & plan for today???
