How Can Abnormal Behaviour Be Treated?

Just I want to know that my patient is 20 year old and she is contiously muttering and whispering since August this year. Her behavior is also very hostile and rude. Often she laughs and cry aloud until she don t sleep. She always take alone in loudly and in the course of talking she get confused and start to do abnormal behavior. Plzz help me regarding this.
