General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Abdominal bloating, diarrhea, and nausea may have caused by digestive viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections, food poisoning, indigestion, and lactose intolerance. I will advise him seeing the doctor for examination and a stool exam/culture. In the meantime, he may take oral rehydration salt to replenish the fluid and ions losses.

Objective treatment may be prescribed after his test results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
