How Can Abdominal Bloating Along With Diarrhea And Constipation Be Treated?

Hi my symptoms are gas, bloating,diarrhea, constipation, pain in stomach, pain between rib cage near sternum, naysea, extreme fatigue after I eat. No matter what I eat causes these symptoms. I have had 6 endoscopes....nothing found. I have been to 4 gastroenterologist, one told me I chew too much gum, seriously? None of the doctors I saw gave me a diagnosis! I am at my wits end and I cannot take this anymore. I’m missing work and missing out on life! Please, please help me!

Hello,

It doesn't seem to be any infective cause because your endoscopy reports normal as per mentioned history. If you are taking excess stress, then it seems to be related to functional bowel problem like irritable bowel syndrome.

Rule out Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection by urea breath test and stool culture before labeling as functional bowel problem. Lubiprostone like a specific drug can be prescribed for irritable bowel syndrome.
