Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Rest your wrist for at least 48 hours.
-Ice your wrist to reduce pain and swelling.
-Compress the wrist with a bandage.
-Elevate your wrist above your heart, on a pillow or the back of a chair.
-Take anti-inflammatory painkillers.
-Use a cast or splint to keep your wrist immobile.
-Use anti-inflammatory cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
