How Can A Wound On The Leg Be Treated?

I had a bruise on my leg that developed a blood blister. It popped and now I have a large open wound. It is not hot to the touch and is not pussy. I have been soaking it twice a day and putting a triple antibiotic ointment on it. Is there anything else I can do?

If the wound is simple just the superficial skin is teared U have do dressing twice every day .no pus discharge means no worries .if no improvement shown after days you have to do sterile dressing with nearby doctor help.
