General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The reason is, it may need a minor surgical stitch to control the bleeding point. As it's done under local anesthesia, you'll be discharged soon after that. By putting on ice packs, the bleeding may not stop, and may recur. Do not touch the bleeding area or tamper with it in any way.
In case you are suffering from pain, you may take Tablet Ibuprofen, But I recommend you to seek immediate help.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
