It is probable that the quality of your sleep is very poor, leading to these behaviours. I would suggest sleep hygiene techniques to improve the depth of your sleep such as : reduce alcohol and nicotine, reduce caffeine, reduce electronic use before 8pm, have early dinner before 8, daily exercise, and avoid daytime naps. If you are depressed or anxious / undergoing some stress, these could also cause such sleep problems. Do get yourself seen and tested for these conditions, in case the sleep hygiene methods are not enough.
