How Can A Skin Infection Be Treated?

I have mite sized bugs on skin that make open bites? How do I get rid of them? I have tried bacterial medicine, both orally and on skin. What works best is salsylitic acid and sulfur creams but new ones keep reproducing. How can I stop the new bugs or eggs?
