How Can A Ruptured Eardrum Be Treated?

Sir Around three years ago i ruptured my eardrum accidentally I thought there was something in my ear and i was trying to take it out with a small stem when someone disturbed my hand as i was trying to take it out So eardrum got ruptured Now eardrum is healed but i think that what i was trying to take out moved behind my eardrum Is it possible that there s something still behind my eardrum till now ? What happens when something gets behind eardrum and it is still there but my eardrum iss healed now Can something get inside my brain through my ear Plz sir reply I m very worried YYYY@YYYY

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your ear. As you said it went behind the external ear, that means it had stuck into middle ear. Middle ear has connectivity with nose through eustation tube directly not to Brain.
If this would have been the reason you could have suffered multiple middle ear infections that are painful.
I think you don't need to worry because there are no symptoms of it also there is no chance that it will go into you brain.
