How Can A Pulled Muscle In The Right Arm Be Treated?
I was helping a resident where I work and I felt like I pull a muscle inside of my right arm almost 3 weeks ago I don t have pain but is sore but, today I touched and I have somethings very hard like a small ball when I touched I can move it around . I m scared please helpme

Most probably you had an injury in your muscles resulting In a collection of blood which has organised, Causing the ball like structure. I suggest you show it to some surgeon for accurate diagnosis and management.
